Account

You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted. Please see our privacy policy for further information.

Ordering

When you place an order with us, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. Felicity Fabrics reserve the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, any monies paid will be reimbursed to you. 

When you place an order to purchase items using the Felicity Fabrics website this is an offer by you to us to purchase those items. We only accept your order when we have confirmed availability and have processed the payment on your credit card successfully. The contract between us is formed at the point we accept your order.

Scissors

You must be 18 years or older to purchase rotary cutters, shears or scissors. By accepting our terms and conditions when you purchase any of these you are confirming that you are of the legal age. 

Changes to our terms 

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. If you continue to use this website, after any changes to the terms you are accepting those changes. It is your responsibility to check this page for changes.

Accuracy

We have made every effort to display fabric colours as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your computer screen will display the colour accurately. We highly recommend using our fabric swatch service before ordering if you are unsure of the colour, weight or texture. 

Pricing

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of any product.

Products

Certain products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. Please see delivery and returns for further information.

Changes to orders

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you by contacting the e-mail or phone number provided at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Third party 

Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy on other sites and we do not warrant and will not have any liability for any third-party materials. 

User comments 

We may edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion is unlawful, offensive, threatening or violates any of these terms and conditions. 

You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. Your comments will not contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of our website. You may not use a false e-mail address or pretend to be someone other than yourself.

We reserve the right to correct any errors on our website and to change or update information at any time. Should any information be incorrect, we may need to cancel orders (including after you have submitted your order).

These terms and conditions are effective until terminated by us. You may terminate these terms and conditions at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our services, or when you no longer use our site.

If in our sole judgment you have failed to comply with any term or provision of these terms and conditions, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due, up to and including the date of termination.
