Delivery & Returns
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1 – 3 working days. During sale times and over bank holidays, Easter and Christmas periods, this could take a little longer. If you place an order which you need sending urgently please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will always do our best to accommodate you. UK orders will be posted via Royal Mail First Class post which they aim to deliver within 1-2 working days or a local courier. UK orders over £40.00 will be delivered for free, orders under £40.00 will be charged £2.50 for delivery. Any orders placed with a discount code, in the sale or a remnant will be sent via Royal Mail 48.
As all our clothing pieces are handmade to order there is a 2 week turn around time. UK orders will be posted via Royal Mail which they aim to deliver within 1-2 working days or a local courier. If you place an order which you need sending urgently please get in touch at email@example.com and we will always do our best to accommodate you.
We are still sending parcels internationally, unfortunately, we unable to offer international post via the weight of the parcel, therefore this is a fixed international shipping rate depending on the shipping zone where you live. If you are ordering a couple of metres of fabric or a light fabric please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will quote you if the postage is less than that given via the website.
European orders will be charged £20.00 shipping and should arrive within 8-10 working days. Orders to the Rest of the World cost £30.00 shipping and should arrive within 12-14 working days. International parcels will either be sent via Royal Mail tracked and signed or via a courier.
We make every effort to provide full details and accurate images for all of our products. If you have any questions about a product please contact us.
Cut fabric, trims and ribbons will not be refunded (unless faulty or the description was incorrect) as once they are cut we cannot resell these items. Please note, sample and download products are non returnable and non refundable.
Subject to exceptions, if unused and unopened pre-packed products (such as pins…) are returned in their original condition within 14 days, we are happy to refund you. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resalable condition and any packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Until you return items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them. We do not accept liability for packages damaged during transit back to us, it is your responsibility to wrap items adequately to prevent damage.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days from us receiving the parcel. Please note that it may take up to 5 days for your bank to credit your account. We are not liable, and cannot take responsibility for, any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process. Refunds will be processed in the original currency in which the purchase was made.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or ill-fitting. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send an email to email@example.com
When making an exchange, the customer must pay for all shipping costs associated with the return.
To return your product, you should send your product to: Felicity Fabrics. Danebury Manor, Flixton, Scarborough. YO11 3UJ. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
