Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1 – 3 working days. During sale times and over bank holidays, Easter and Christmas periods, this could take a little longer. If you place an order which you need sending urgently please get in touch and we will always do our best to accommodate you. UK orders will be posted via Royal Mail First Class post which they aim to deliver within 1-2 working days or DPD. UK orders over £40.00 will be delivered for free, orders under £40.00 will be charged £2.50 for delivery.

In order to help our international customers we have decided to have fixed shipping rates: European orders cost £12.00 per order up to the value of £150, orders over £150 will be charged £20.00 shipping, and should arrive within 8-10 working days. Orders to the Rest of the World cost £15.00 per order up to the value of £150, orders over £150 will be charged £30.00 shipping, and should arrive within 12-14 working days.

Returns

We make every effort to provide full details and accurate images for all of our products. If you have any questions about a product please contact us.

Cut fabric, trims and ribbons will not be refunded (unless faulty or the description was incorrect) as once they are cut we cannot resell these items. Please note, sample and download products are non returnable and non refundable.

Subject to exceptions, if unused and unopened pre-packed products (such as pins…) are returned in their original condition within 14 days, we are happy to refund you. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resalable condition and any packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email… When making an exchange, the customer must pay for all shipping costs associated with the return.
